Randall started his career with Applewood Drywall in 1988, his initial work was drywall hanging and he quickly transitioned into learning the Plaster trade. After many years building the plaster part of the business, Applewood Plastering was started in 2006. Randall has enjoyed transitioning this business into a company that offers a diversity of products and finishes.
Randall pictures a project from start to finish using the vision of the homeowner as his guide. He meets with them to talk about the details of their home and the picture they have in mind for the end result of their project. He offers all sorts of colors and products to make their dream a reality.
He also has first-hand experience in solving water damage issues, he meets with the builder or homeowner to walk through the specific problem they are having and then pinpoints the solution and follows through with a recommendation of what work is needed to fix the problem.
